Grants are awarded three (3) times a year in April,
August and December. Applications must be received
by the foundation no later than February 28th (for April), June 30th (for August) and October 31st (for December).

Grant applicants must be operational as 501c3 non-profit agencies for at least 1 year and must be located in Beaufort, Bluffton, Hardeeville, Ridgeland and Hilton Head areas. Caring Coins Foundation does not accept applications from (1) religious organizations including churches, church schools or church programs, (2) schools including public, private or religious entities, as they are funded through a tax base or with donor support (3) organizations that award grants to schools, individuals, agencies or organization programs, etc. The fund will not award grants for rent, operating expenses, vehicle maintenance, repair, salaries, studies or consultant fees. Consecutive applications will not be considered if organization received funds in the previous quarter.
