Grants are awarded three (3) times a year.
April, August and December. Original signed applications
must be received by the foundation no later than (April) February 29th, (August) June 30th and (December) October 31st.

Grant applicants must be operational as 501c3 non-profit agencies for at least 1 year and must be located in Beaufort, Bluffton, Hardeeville, Ridgeland and Hilton Head areas. Caring Coins Foundation does not accept applications from (1) religious organizations including churches, church schools or church programs, (2) schools including public, private or religious entities, as they are funded through a tax base or with donor support (3) organizations that award grants to schools, individuals, agencies or organization programs, etc. The fund will not award grants for rent, operating expenses, vehicle maintenance, repair, salaries, studies, festivals or art based programs, or consultant fees. (4) Applicants must have 501c3 status for one (1) year prior to date of application. Consecutive applications will not be considered if organization received funds in the previous quarter.
